Returns & Exchanges

We aim for your satisfaction with your purchase from Coastline Home Living, but we understand that returns or exchanges may be necessary. You have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of delivery if it does not meet your expectations.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@coastline-homeliving.com. Further instructions and conditions regarding returns / exchanges are outlined below:

Returns for non-defective orders are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. You have notified Coastline Home Living within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
  2. We adhere to the following guidelines for returned goods:
    • The product remains unused and in its original condition, including all parts.
    • Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.
    • The product is packaged in its original or equivalent shipping box. If delivered on a pallet, please keep it for potential return.
  3. Returns and exchanges must be initiated promptly after cancellation.

Returns can only be made with the agreement of Coastline Home Living. Coastline Home Services provides instructions for returns. Shipments sent to Coastline Home Living without prior agreement will be refused and returned.

The right to return does not apply to:

  1. Custom-made or made-to-order products.
  2. Used products.
  3. Products with animal hair, hair, or stains.
  4. Textile products must be entirely new and unused for returns.

Damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange unless it is evident that they were damaged during transport.

Packaging Instructions

  1. Use the original shipping box or an equivalent.
  2. Remove old shipping labels to avoid confusion.
  3. For fragile items, use extra padding and label the box accordingly.
  4. Pack items in a high-quality shipping box with additional padding, ensuring the item does not touch the sides.
  5. Seal the box securely with strong tape.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Upon receiving the return, we will assess the product's condition. If the product has been used or damaged, we may charge a fee up to the full product price. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return.
